I moved to the beach in 1999 from the Philadelphia suburb, Malvern. We had vacationed for many years in Ocean City, MD and I have always loved being at the beach. It is a pleasure showing and selling homes here, and fulfilling my clients' dreams of owning a home near the ocean. Delaware is a tax friendly state and a great place to live!
